When Anthony arrived he automatically realized that the spring was broke, but did an inspection to make sure that was the problem.. He did suggest that they install a spring and also said we could shop around if we wanted.  They gave us a discount on the repair work since we had already purchased a big deal.  Anthony came out the next day and completed the job. It all went well and our garage door is actually quieter now than it was with the old cheaper original spring that was on the door.

I called today to get someone to come out and reset my codes on the garage door opener. Lisa, advised me ovet the phone how to do this; which saved me a service call which saved me money.

James and Robert came out on when my garage door opener was not working. They were able to come out right away, which was GREAT since my garage door wouldn't close. They quickly determined that a sensor had shorted and replaced the sensor and took care of a few other things too. They also gave me an estimate for a new door.  All was well, until just after they pulled away.  I tried to close the door and it wouldn't go down. I called the company again, and James and Robert turned around and came right back to the house. They again quickly figured out what the problem was and took care of it.  5 Stars and A++++.  Great service and responsiveness.

My single car garage opener is a 24 year old Lift Master. It probably has not had a maintenance check in 15 years.  The two technicians arrived on time, cleaned and oiled the equipment, replaced a worn gear, cleaned the eyes, repaired exposed wiring and, cleaned and adjusted the light fixture,  I asked for a mounted remote which they did not have on the truck.  It is on order, and I expect it soon. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why,  I certainly will use them again.

Our garage door spring broke on Tuesday night with our  cars in the Garage.  Somehow we were able to manually lift a heavy garage door to get the cars out. 

I contacted Columbus Ohio Garage Door that same night.  And got a call and an email and we were able to schedule service at 9am the next day. 

The installers showed up on time and provided a reasonable quote to get the spring replaced. 

I inquired about replacing the motor which was noisy and undersized for the garage as well as rusted out cables and rubber padding. 

We decided to do the extras as it was only a matter of time for the cables and possibly the motor to malfunction.  All the work was completed the same day.  The work was high quality and A+ for professionalism.  New garage door is super quiet and a lot more bells and whistles. 

Very please overall; I would recommend Columbus Ohio Garage Door Co in a heartbeat.
